    Introduces the Activation Curve framework and explores how people learn and adapt to change. Participants use the Activation Curve framework to identify and map practical ways to motivate and incentivize moments of change for all stakeholders involved. Participants will receive actionable tactics they can implement in their day-to-day work to reinforce desired behaviors and sustain momentum.
